I am a voracious reader but I'm picky about what I read.

Mostly, I'm into re-reading old favorites. Georgette Heyer and Dick Francis are at the top of my list. I don't like books that are graphically violent and I especially don't like books about child- or spousal- abuse.I read to escape so I'm not interested sad stories--terminal illnesses, marital woes, etc.

Most of my reading these days is actually listening to books on tape and my iPod is my constant companion.
